United States Orders

To ensure you love your fragrance, every full-size perfume order includes a complimentary sample of the same scent. We encourage you to try the sample before opening your sealed full-size bottle.

Because fragrance is a personal care product and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrances.

If you decide the fragrance isn't the right fit after trying the sample, you may return the unopened, sealed full-size bottle in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please email info@antoniasflowers.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once your unopened item has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment, including your original shipping charges.

Please note that products returned opened, used, damaged, or without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

International Orders

We offer $15 flat-rate DHL shipping on all international orders.

Please note that customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and will be collected by DHL prior to delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays, the return of your package, or additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on international orders.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Antonia's Flowers is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect shipping information or circumstances beyond our control.
